Published November 1, 2022 7:24AM GARLAND, Texas - A fiery crash has tied up traffic on a major highway in Garland.  The accident happened just after 5 a.m. Tuesday on westbound Interstate 30 near the President George Bush Turnpike. An 18-wheeler spun out of control and caught fire. Firefighters had to use a water cannon to put out the intense flames. Police are now investigating the crash. That suggests either the truck driver or someone else involved did not survive. There's no word on how many other vehicles were involved.
